Trust not in princes
Psa146:3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
The greatest enemy of progress is trusting in mortal men. Human beings are limited, man cannot give you more than he have nor exalt you more than he is, the scripture is very clear Jer 17:5 This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the person who trusts in mankind, who makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the LORD. The curse is automatic when you trust in men). The trust of men is temporal and weak, those that have trusted in men have gone astray, frustrated and sabotaged but those that trust in the Lord are like mount Zion they cannot be moved. Psa 125:1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
